A Few Words From The Owner...Hello. My name is Adam Grofik, and I am the owner, and head instructor of Grofik Martial Arts Studio. We offer classes in Centereach, NY. At Grofik Martial Arts Studio, we pride ourselves on teaching the highest quality martial arts, character development and moral integrity. We welcome students from the age of five years old, up to adults of any age.
At Grofik Martial Arts Studio, you will never feel intimidated or physically vulnerable. Beginners are our specialty. We do not tolerate nor welcome individuals with negative intentions. Our “ego-free” team atmosphere is contagious and one-of-a-kind.
